CLAY COUNTY — Anthony A. Mattison, 35, of Osceola, who is accused of killing a Columbus woman and dumping her remains in Clay County, now has an arraignment date in the Clay County District Court.He earlier waived his preliminary hearing in county court and the case was bound over.Mattison will be able to make a plea when his arraignment is held Monday, July 15, at 2 p.m....
