Multiple positions - Perform medical lab tests, procedures, experiments, and analysis to provide data for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. Maintain competency and proficiency on phlebotomy procedures, including policy and technical/procedural changes. Draw blood from veins, arteries, fingers or heels, and observe the principles of aseptic technique to obtain samples. Conduct analysis of body fluids, to determine presence of normal and abnormal components. Study blood cell morphology, perform blood typing and compatibility tests for transfusion purposes.

The Village of Polk is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as Maintenance Superintendent for the Village of Polk. Full-time position, Monday through Friday (8-5).

Job Description: Oversee the day-to-day operations for all maintenance areas of the village: electrical, water, sewer, lawn, buildings, vehicles, and streets.  Oversee the maintenance full-time, part-time, and seasonal staff.  Report directly to the Village Board.
