YORK –Michael J. Uphoff, Jr., 43, of Stromsburg, has been sent to jail after being convicted of operating a motor vehicle to avoid arrest.
He earlier pleaded no contest to the charge after charges of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, willful reckless driving and improper lighting were dismissed.
