YORK – Austin W. Reinsch, 30, of Polk, has been charged with felony driving under the influence, driving during revocation and willful reckless driving – the case has been bound over to York County District Court.
According to the affidavit filed with the court, officers with the York Police Department were dispatched to an accident at 1:19 p.m., on Feb. 4, at the 500 Block of N. Nebraska Ave.
