STROMSBURG – Saturday the Stromsburg Library celebrated 25 years at that location. Starting at 10:30 about 27 kids made bookmarks from old library cards. Then about an hour later, people met at the old library (now the Konst Art Gallery) for a tour and a re-enactment of the passing the books from the old library to the new.
