The Polk County RPPD and Osceola Community Action Group are having a Christmas Light contest. A team of judges will be out on December 16th to pick two winners. One will receive the “Buddy the Elf” award for the craziest lights and another the “Belongs in Bedford Falls” award for the most traditional.
