OSCEOLA — There is a new bird overlooking the Osceola Cemetery. A sculpture of an eagle has recently been carved.
The idea came to Elaine Jones as she has seen carvings around. She was at the cemetery at a memorial service and noticed a tree with dead branches. She went to the cemetery board to ask them what they were going to do with the tree. That tree was on the list to be taken ...
