OSCEOLA — The Osceola Library has vintage library cards hung on their Christmas tree. These cards date back to the 1940s, and go until 2014 when they implemented their computer system. Library Director April Stevens had this idea to stamp them with a little decoration, laminate them, put a ribbon on them and sell them. So that is what she does.
