CLARKS - Tuesday Collin Brockevelt was recognized for winning the “name a snowplow” contest. He chose the name “Snowcus Pocus” because his mom likes the movie Hocus Pocus and they have watched it quite a bit. Brockevelt is a third grader at High Plains Elementary.
