    CLARKS - The High Plains Elementary hosted Poetry Cafe on Thursday morning. Parents, grandparents, friends and the public were invited to come.Guests received a program when entering and were sent to a classroom. Three different classrooms had groups of fourth and fifth graders who presented their poems and other written works. Guests rotated between the rooms at the end of each session....
