At the Shelby Farmer’s Market last Wednesday, a Quilt of Valor was presented to Dylan Rathman. Dylan is an active marine, having enlisted in 2021. He did his basic training in San Diego, California. He is currently serving in Raider Company, 2nd Battalion 4th Marines. He was deployed from November 2022 to June 2023 with the 13th Marine expeditionary unit to The Western Pacific, South China Sea.
