The Polk County Health Department will hold immunization clinics at the Polk County Health Department, Osceola, NE, on Wednesday, April 12, from 1:30-3:30 p.m. and Monday, April 17, from 3:30-5:30 p.m.
An appointment is required.
Infant, Kindergarten, 7th Grade and college entry vaccines are available for VFC eligible children from birth through 18 years of age. Flu shots are also available.
