STROMSBURG - NNTC (Northeast Nebraska Telephone Company) out of Jackson, Nebraska held an open house at the Rose Colored Glass last Thursday to answer questions about their new service coming to Polk County.Attendees were able to put their name in for a few prizes which were awarded then or shortly after.
