AWANA
The Stromsburg AWANA Club begins their 42nd year on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 from 6:30-8:10 p.m. at the Stromsburg Evangelical Free Church, 9th and Main. Games, team competition, weekly prizes, Bible study, music and special events are planned for boys and girls from kindergarten through the sixth grade.
The Stromsburg AWANA Club is part of AWANA Clubs International, a nondenominational Christian youth organization. The purpose is to encourage kids in social interaction, physical activities, Bible study and memorization. AWANA helps churches and parents raise children and youth to know, love and serve Christ. The name AWANA stands for “Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed.” It’s taken from Scripture verse II Timothy 2:15.
The Sparks Club is for Kindergarten through second grade kids. The Truth & Training Club is for third through sixth graders.

His Kids open house/registration night will be held Wednesday, September 14, 2022 from 6:30-7:00p.m.
His Kids will begin on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 from 6:30-8:00 p.m. at the Stromsburg Baptist Church, 515 Exchange Street. Children ages 3 to Pre-Kindergarten are invited to come for a fun evening to hear about Jesus, enjoy game time and other special activities.
