STROMSBURG — An agreement has been met.
The Cross County Board of Education voted on Monday to accept the 2023-2024 teacher contract. The board unanimously approved the agreement.
Board President Kurt Moore said that negotiations wrapped up last month. The agreement includes a $700 base increase to teachers, which is $200 more than last year. He described the deal as an “appropriate offer.”
