Annie Jeffrey Memorial Health Center welcomed the first baby of 2024. Eli Afonso Cham was born on January 19th to Cosme and Hannah (Zelasney) Cham and siblings Luca and Zelie (pictured above). Grandparents are Jerome Zelasney of Osceola, Janel Zelasney of Lincoln, and Afonso and Amelia Cham of Sydney, Australia.
