Polk County Fair is a Family Tradition

OSCEOLA — All people bleed red, but some families bleed green.
Marlene Sterup of Osceola is a part of one of those families. Born in 1940, Sterup participated at the Polk County Fair in the 1950s. She didn’t show animals, baking was her project of choice.
The county fair is in her blood and that love has been past down through the generations.
