    Charles Noyd has been researching William H. Fetters for many months. He and many in the community have known that William H. Fetters was one of the longest living Civil War veterans. Charles was able to trace Fetters’ family and found a great-grandson still living today that met his great-grandfather. That is when he started to plan a day to celebrate this Civil War veteran.
