Children’s Immunization Clinics

The Polk County Health Department will have immunization clinics at the Polk County Health Department, Stromsburg, NE, on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, and Monday, September 21, 2026, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. An appointment is strongly encouraged.
