OSCEOLA - On Monday, juniors and seniors from all four schools went to the courthouse in Osceola to learn more about county government. There were 35 seniors from Cross County, 23 juniors from High Plains, 19 juniors from Osceola and 17 seniors from Shelby-Rising City in attendance.
