If you are looking for a great program where you can make an end-of-year tax donation, I have an idea for you! This is year 6 for our Cross County Beef Booster Program! We are off to a great start once again for the 2021-2022 school year, but to keep it running we are always in need of more support. So if you have an interest in helping out the beef booster program please call the school and we can visit. You can support with monetary donations or donating an approved animal.
At the December board meeting, a few items were on the agenda for approval. The 2020- 2021 audit was approved as well as the 2022-2023 Negotiated Agreement and Certified Staff settlement package. The BOE approved an Early Retirement Incentive application and agreement form. The final action was to approve Policies 2009, 4063, 6004, 6013 and 6020.
The last day of the 2nd quarter/first semester is Tuesday, December 21st and it will be a 1:00 p.m. dismissal. As I look back over all of the accomplishments and successes that our students have achieved in the classroom and in activities this fall semester….. it has been a great year so far! Parents and students…enjoy the break and find time to relax, unwind, and enjoy time with family. Students….we will see you back in school on Wednesday, January 5th…..can’t wait to see what the 2nd semester holds for you.
