  • Families enjoyed the unseasonably warm weather on Monday for Halloween in downtown Stromsburg for the annual Downtown Boo event sponsored by the Stromsburg Chamber of Commerce. Area businesses and organizations lined the sidewalk and streets to hand out candy, apple cider and hot dogs. Costumes ranged from Snoopy and friends to superheros and scary clowns.
