LINCOLN - On June 29th, 211,000 signatures were turned in for the Fairness for Girls initiative. This is an initiative which would protect girls’ sports by protecting girls’ opportunities, safety and competition in sports. Signatures were collected from all 93 counties.
On August 28th the Secretary of State certified the petition to appear on the November ballot.
