At the last Stromsburg City Council meeting, the council brought up golf cart safety to Sheriff Ladwig. Sheriff Ladwig brought up three rules golf cart owners and drivers need to follow: 1. Golf carts should only be driven by licensed drivers 2. A flag needs to be on the golf cart 3. The golf cart needs to be insured.
