    POLK COUNTY - Halloween was a success in Polk County.Osceola held their Spooktacular on Sunday, October 27th. Many trick-or-treaters found treats from trunks. There was a scary tunnel and pictures by the Balloon Bliss arch.Stromsburg held their Downtown Boo on Thursday, October 31st. The Polk County RPPD gave bucket rides. The Stromsburg Fire and Ambulance provided hot dogs. Other...
