Hamm Sentenced

CENTRALCITY- On Monday (July 6th) Jonathan T. Scheerer- Hamm (age 29) was sentenced in Merrick County District Court.

Judge Rachel Daugherty sentenced him to 8-10 years imprisonment for count 1 (possession of visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct) and 3 years imprisonment for count 2 (sexual abuse by a school employee).

These are to be served concurrently.
