James to be Evaluated for Competency

LINCOLN - Sterling James, the man accused of killing Hannah Neville, Roberto Tanner and their unborn child, has been sent for mental evaluation.

On July 30th, District Judge Kevin McManaman found reasons for James to be examined by Dr. Klaus Hartman (or another mental professional) at Lincoln Regional Center. This is so his mental competency can be determined so he can stand trial.
