I write in one world.

I live in another. One is fiction. One is reality. In one, I make things up. In the other world, I don’t. In the fiction world, I can create anything I want—write the characters to do anything I want them to. I can write them into a vacation or into a circus. They can become a rock star or become a druggie.

I get to choose. Totally at my whim.
