LINCOLN - As of January 1, 2026 the minimum wage in Nebraska is $15 an hour. Per LB481203 that wage will go up each year by the increase in the cost of living. The federal minimum wage is $7.25.
The tipped minimum wage is $2.13 per hour. Their tips plus wage should equal or exceed the minimum wage.
