Pat Davis was recognized for 15 years of service to the Village of Shelby on the Village board. Pat started on the Village Board in January 2007. Throughout those years there have many accomplishments achieved (New Water Tower, New Water Treatment Center, New Water Meters, Ball Park & Park Improvement, Streets Paved and many more).
