OMAHA- Polk County brought home three gold medals from state track. Thirty-two athletes competed with a total of sixteen medals brought home.
Taking first place were Janna Roberts in pole vault, Sarah Forsberg in long jump and High Plains boys’ 4x800m relay.
Coming in third were High Plains boys’ 4x400m relay and Shelby-Rising City girls’ 4x400 relay. Osceola girls’ 4x100 came in fourth.
