OSCEOLA - Early Wednesday morning at 1:55 AM two trucks collided when the westbound truck lost control and crossed the center line. The westbound truck was driven by Ihor Dubiak, age 37, of Chicago, Illinois. It collided with an eastbound truck driven by Joshua Lee Rash, age 46, of Omaha. It took hours to separate the trucks, and one truck had 500 rolls of paper which were all over the highway ...
