Columbus Rescue Mission Update

The Columbus Rescue Mission is thankful for their new building. They have 35 new windows and added much needed ceiling insulation. A grant has been submitted for insulating our exterior walls. God has done amazing things with this new location.

I am writing this column the day after Super Bowl. I’ve never really understood the game of football. (If he were still here, you could ask my hubby how many times I’ve walked in on him watching a Huskers game on TV, and asked which inning they were in!

Osceola Lenten Lunches Begin Soon

The Osceola Tri-Church Ministry has planned its 2026 Lenten luncheons. The first luncheon will be on Wednesday, February 25, at Calvary Lutheran Swede Home. The meal will be served at 11:45 am, followed by a brief service with hymns, scripture, a sermon, and prayer.
