On Tuesday, October 21, more than 50 enthusiastic quilters gathered in Osceola for a captivating Quilt Trunk Show presented by Natalie Meyer of Grand Island.

Robotics Competes in Omaha

OMAHA – Teams 5155E (Sam Haug and Bradley Lott) and 5155K (Cannen Mooney and Kirk Sparrow) competed in a Vex robotics event at Brownell-Talbot on Saturday.Only team E competed in skills, and they ended up third, just shy of an award.Both teams competed in qualifying rounds.

Peterson Retires After 30 Years at USPS

After 30 years on the road, Lee Peterson will make his final round in his postal jeep on Friday, October 31. For three decades, he has faithfully served the Stromsburg area, bringing not just mail, but kindness, dependability, and a friendly smile to every stop along his route.
