Osceola Giving During the Holidays

Osceola outdid themselves this holiday season!Members of the Community Action Group delivered gifts to 15 senior citizens, thanks to donations. Over 30 items were shared and the seniors were very grateful.

Christmas Light Winners

The winners of this year’s OCAG Christmas Light Contest sponsored by Polk County RPPD are Donald and Stephanie Sterup and Michael and Ravenne Kopecky! Sterups won the “Martha May Whovier” award for most impressive lights and Kopecky’s won the “Betty Lou Who” award for best themed lights.

Osceola Legion Auxiliary

American Legion Auxiliary Unit #91 will meet on Thursday, January 16th, at the Osceola Legion Club at 7:00 pm.Plans will be made to finalize our February 2nd soup fundraiser.Pearl Laycock is hostess.

Pedicure Clinics will be held at the Polk County Health Department the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month. Please call the health department to make an appointment.

OCAG

The Osceola Community Action Group welcomes donations for a new speaker system to be used by the community, especially for outdoor events. It is our goal to have a new system in place for Memorial Day next May.
