Six veterans were bestowed Quilts of Valor in Osceola on Friday, November 10th at the Veterans Day Service. Here we retell the stories of their service: Steve Johnson served in the U.S. Army from 1966 to 1969. He worked as a Financial Clerk and attained the rank of E-5.

Kyla Gorji helps people fit together the pieces of their own brain puzzle. Gorji, director of the Employee Assistance Program at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, loves connecting with people through her work.
Robotics teams 5155A and 5155E went head-to-head. Pictured on the left is Talon Carter, Marshall Johansen and Sam Haug and on the right is Brett Williams, Dane Holtzen and Andrew Dubas. Robotics traveled to Brownell Talbot on Saturday. All four teams made it to the elimination tournament. 5155A made it to the semifinals, 5155E made it to the finals and only lost by 6 points, and 5155A won the Design Award.
