NEBRASKA — Nebraskans for Medical Marijuana (NMM) is reporting that Nebraska has been left out of the 2026 CJS Amendment that prohibits the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) from interfering with state-authorized medical cannabis programs.
