Cross County FCCLA Member Serves Military Families

Make a difference in the lives of military families by donating baby shower items or cash donations now through January 9th, 2023. Marivel Nyberg of Cross County Community Schools is leading a donation drive as her FCCLA project to benefit Nebraska military families.

Chamber Announces Christmas Passport Winners

The Christmas passport program finished December 17th. Participants could visit up to 18 businesses who participated. The more you visited, the better chance you had of winning. Completed cards were left in the Chamber’s box at Economy Hometown Market.

Teachers Implement Critical Thinking Models

Cross County School Board Recognizes Teachers

The Cross County School Board recognized four teachers this week for their commitment to the music programs. The district was without a full-time music teacher during the first semester and teachers were asked to step-up to fill in the role to allow the students to still have a music program.

Osceola Christmas Dinner

The Osceola Community Christmas Dinner will be held on Sunday, December 25th at St. Paul Lutheran Church. The meal will be served at 12:30 PM. Everyone is welcome! As in the past, the meat, potatoes and gravy, stuffing and beverages will be provided.
