TEN YEARS AGO May 31, 2012 Gresham held their Q125 celebration “Celebrating 125 years of Freedom” over the Memorial Day weekend. Carol Dey attended her 60th Carol Dey attended her 60th class reunion at Waverly on Saturday evening. On Sunday, the class gathered together for brunch.

Gresham Library will have summer reading on Saturdays in June and July. Summer reading will include story hour, crafts, guest speakers, science experiments, prizes and more! This is open to all ages of children.

Pat Chapman along with her daughter Carla Schumacher of Lindsey attended the fireman’s water fight and the Gresham High School Alumni Banquet on Saturday. On Sunday they enjoyed the many activities during the Gresham Fireman’s Picnic.

One of the projects sponsored by the Osceola Community Action Group is to sell American flags which are often times given in memory of someone, often times veterans. The flags fly along the Highway 81/92 through Osceola from Memorial Day until Veterans Day.
