NDOT Celebrates National Work Zone Awareness Week, Highlights Safe Driving Near Work Zones

LINCOLN — The Nebraska Department of Transportation (NDOT) is joining other agencies across the country in celebrating National Work Zone Awareness Week (NWZAW) from April 2024.

Applications from municipalities and other organizations interested in 2026 Recreational Trails Program grants are being accepted by the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission.Applications will be accepted May 4 through noon Central time Aug. 21.
