LINES ON THE PAGEI didn’t anticipate that my praying for people: all people, me, my kids and grandkids, my neighbors, my brothers and sisters all across the world would bring to mind the lady with the vessels in 2 Kings 4.She was in a tough spot.

Corteva Community Betterment Grant Supports Cross County FFA Livestock Program

The Cross County FFA Chapter has received a $1,500 Community Betterment Grant from Corteva Agriscience of York, Nebraska.

AR P.E.O. Elects New Officers

The Benedict East Egg Hunt was held on Saturday, April 4 at the Benedict Community Park and the Benedict Community Center. The eggs were hidden through out the park area and playground and approximately 75 kids were on hand for the hunt. Following the outdoor activities, the kids went inside where they decorated Easter Cookies and met the Easter Bunny. PCN photos by Ken Kush

The daffodils are beginning to bloom as are the tulips and hyacinths, letting us know spring has truly arrived. Trees are setting on their new green leaves; some are showing their blossoms. The recent rain has been causing the grass to green up making things “spring” to life.
