    KEARNEY - State Speech was held on Wednesday through Friday last week. Class A and B were on Wedneday with Class C on Thursday and Class D on Friday. Thursday Cross County and Shelby-Rising City competed. Cross County’s one qualifier was Ellasyn Pinkelman in humorous. She made the finals and placed third for a medal! Shelby-Rising City had one make finals: Jorge Chavez in humorous. ...
