For the last many years, Grant Miller and his Boy Scout troop helped the Stromsburg Avenue of Flags retire the previous year’s flags and prepare the new flags for display. This year on Wednesday, May 15, Boy Scouts Garrett and Levi Miller and their friends, Izaac Noyd and Wyatt Troudt carried on the job.
