    CLARKS - Tuesday Collin Brockevelt was recognized for winning the “name a snowplow” contest. He chose the name “Snowcus Pocus” because his mom likes the movie Hocus Pocus and they have watched it quite a bit. Brockevelt is a third grader at High Plains Elementary.There are 600 snowplows in the state of Nebraska. Each year students get to name a certain number of them. NDOT used t...
