    STROMSBURG – After winning games by 46 and 25 points earlier in the week, the Cross County boys basketball team began to pull away from visiting Central City on Saturday afternoon, taking an 11-point lead in the second period.

    But the Bison didn’t flinch and after trailing 22-15 at halftime, produced a 24-point third quarter blitz to take the lead for good en route to a 56-44 win over the Cougars. …
