    LINCOLN – It’s been a whirlwind week in Nebraska with volleyball, as the state was stunned to hear of John Cook’s retirement and almost immediately after of Dani Busboom Kelly’s hiring as volleyball coach.

    Cook announced his retirement on Wednesday with a formal press conference on Thursday morning after 25 years of coaching volleyball at Nebraska.
