Snow fell last Wednesday, and again on Monday, adding up to over 8 inches in the area. Monday 5-6 inches were received in the area. Actual temperatures Monday night were about -10 with wind chill of -25. Pictured: Osceola has winter traffic circles (roundabouts) when they pile the snow in the middle of an intersection.
