    SUTTON – Osceola and Shelby- Rising City had their first official outside track meet at Sutton on Tuesday. The Osceola girls came home first with 108 points, ahead of second place by three points (which was Hastings St. Cecelia). The Lady Huskies came in ninth out of eleven teams with 28 points.On the boys’ side, Osceola was tenth and Shelby-Rising City eleventh out of twelve teams....
