    POLK- With just one game last week the High Plains Storm girls and boys basketball teams got in a little R and R as they faced Riverside on Tuesday and did not return to the hardwood until a Tuesday road encounter at Palmer.

    Against the Riverside Chargers, the Storm girls jumped out to an 11-4 lead at the end of one quarter and held on to the advantage as they went to halftime on top 25-20.
