LINCOLN - Monday, the Lincoln Police Department released information that Hannah Neville (age 26) and Roberto Tanner (age 27) of Stromsburg are believed to be deceased. Officer Michon Morrow of LPD reported they arrested Sterling James (age 24) and his wife, Sadie Titus (age 22) of Lincoln. James is charged with two counts of murder and Titus two counts of aiding and abetting. James is being held …
